From one-off objects to lighting, installations and site-specific work, URO develops custom pieces for private clients, architects and interior designers, and for cafés, restaurants and galleries.
Whether we adapt an existing idea or develop something entirely new, each commission begins with a conversation.

Lighting, installations, site-specific pieces and objects. Past commissions include The Missing Swan, a bespoke lamp for Villa ØyMa, and serving trays for a coffee bar.

Often, yes. Some designs can be adjusted in size or finish, and others can be developed into a new variant. One-of-a-kind pieces remain unique to their owner.

Yes. A new piece is developed for one space and one client, from the first conversation to the finished work.

Yes. We work with architects and interior designers, early in a project or on a piece for a space already planned. Our background in architectural lighting design lets us work from a project's drawings and technical requirements.
